The COVID-19 pandemic changed the way people work around the world. It made companies change the way they do things. It made employees think about what they want from their jobs. This paper looks at the changes that happened in the workforce after the pandemic. It also looks at how the new management strategies that companies are using are working. The pandemic made companies use technology more and it made them think about how to keep their employees happy and healthy. As companies started to recover from the pandemic they had to change the way they managed their employees. One of the changes was that more people started working from home or in hybrid roles. Before the pandemic not many people worked from home. When the pandemic started companies had to make big changes quickly. They found out that people could do their jobs as well from home as they could in the office. This made employees want flexibility and autonomy in their jobs. Companies that let their employees work from home or in roles found that their employees were happier and stayed with the company longer.
